A Fond du Lac woman has been charged with her 5th owi. Bail was set this week at $2000 cash for 63 year old Galina Luedtke. Police say Luedtke was drunk when she crashed her vehicle into a parked car at Linden and 9th Streets Sunday night. When officers arrived at the scene they say Luedtke was walking away from the scene. Luedtke was convicted of her fourth drunken driving offense earlier this year. A preliminary hearing has been set for Dec. 4.
