Julie Hilbert says the popular prescription drug program serves 18 hundred Fond du Lac County residents. Governor Walker had proposed cutting $97 million from the program andrequiring participants to first sign up for the federal Medicare Part D drug program. It’s the second time governor Walker has proposed cutting SeniorCare and the second time the proposal has been rejected.
